Z Recruitment gives Educators the opportunity to manage their own schedule of casual childcare shifts via our purpose built App. Through the App, you can view the shifts that are closest to home for you and accept them directly, at the click of a button

We are currently recruiting for experienced Early Childhood Educator's to work within childcare centres across Sydney CBD and surroundings on days that work for you. You’ll be supporting the centres’ permanent teams by covering sick days, annual leave gaps and general staffing shortages.

We offer competitive, above award pay rates, with fortnightly payment. We’re completely flexible; you tell us when you’re available and we’ll do the rest

**Please note, YOU MUST HAVE OBTAINED AN EARLY CHILDHOOD QUALIFICATION (CERT 3, DIPLOMA, ECT) OR BE WORKING TOWARDS AN EARLY CHILDHOOD QUALIFICATION TO APPLY**

**In addition to your qualification, we will require the following**:

- Working with Children Check (for paid employment)
- Ability to travel up to 30 minutes throughout Ryde and surrounding suburbs / Suburbs across NSW.
- A passion for Early Education and providing safe, positive learning environments for Children.
- A willingness to be a positive support to permanent teams within the Centres you will be working in.
