**Your Opportunity**

Due to the growth of our Fundraising and Marketing Team, we have a new opportunity for you to join us as the Digital Marketing Manager. This position will see you leading the management of a new website implementation and other key digital initiatives that support Mission Australia’s strategic objectives and help to achieve its fundraising and marketing objectives.

This people leader role will see you manage one direct report and will hold accountability for managing internal and external relationships, develop and implement a digital marketing strategy, and provide guidance and support to the project team on website development to ensure it provides a best practice user experience and reflects Mission Australia’s brand guidelines.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Lead projects, managing the process and relationships, that support the successful implementation of a new website, including the seamless transition of existing content and users
- Work closely with the National Manager, Brand, Content and Digital to develop and lead the implementation of the digital marketing strategy
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on key digital projects
- Develop processes for monitoring and optimising the success of digital channels, identifying areas for growth
- Prepare reports by analysing data, including digital website data and competitor trends
- Set leadership standards through demonstration of values-based leadership and actively promote values-based behaviours within Mission Australia

**Requirements for Success**
- 5+ years’ proven experience as a digital marketing manager, website manager, or front-end web developer, including in-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, deployment)
- Demonstrated experience with whole-of-business website transformation
- Familiarity with content management systems and working knowledge in HTML/CSS, knowledge of SQL and JavaScript
- Understanding of UX (user experience) design of a website, with added capability of running A/B testing to test performance/improve UX
- Demonstrated digital troubleshooting and analytical abilities, with the ability to generate creative ideas that are solutions focused
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, ability to liaise with a diverse group of stakeholders with strong Project management capability
- Experience managing digital projects across a wide range of digital channels, from brief through to execution and post-analysis
