CBR Recruitment is an innovative Recruitment and Human Resources company, and we have a reputation for providing industry-leading scribing and recruitment support services to APS and state government agencies. Due to a significant increase in the demand for our services through new panel arrangements and ongoing repeat business, we have an opportunity for several new scribes to join our high-calibre team.

Our scribes are provided with the opportunity to work with a variety of government agencies on interesting and diverse recruitment processes. They also benefit from being supported by our internal team to ensure their seamless transition into the world of scribing. The work is flexible, and interesting, and can fit in with your availability.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Attending face-to-face or virtual interviews and providing professional scribing services
- Undertaking reference reports in accordance with specific departmental guidelines
- Writing high-quality selection reports for approval by the Panel
- Entering applicant outcomes within specific recruitment systems
- High-level, persuasive written communication skills
- The ability to adhere to the company’s quality standards
- Sound representational skills, with a client-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously
- Experience in developing documentation, note-taking, and/or interview processes
- The ability to build relationships with clients and Panel Members
- An understanding of public sector recruitment, including merit selection principles, the APS work level standards
- Experience in HR, recruitment or as an EL1 level officer (or above) would be highly regarded.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
