**Your responsibilities will include**:

- About the role:

- We currently have a position of Configuration and Data Management Analyst working within the Tactical Air Defence Radar System (TADRS) Program based out of Williamtown, NSW. The Configuration and Data Management team is responsible for providing visibility and control of documents through their receipt, development, review, approval, and delivery to the Commonwealth and Subcontractors. This position is situated within the Engineering Team and there is the opportunity to also provide administrative support to the Engineers on a variety of technical tasks.**About you**:

- Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate reviews of documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met
- Document registration, control and distribution
- Share information between LMA and external parties, ensuring data sensitivities are maintained
- Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data to support engineering reporting
- Record and publish minutes from engineering meetings
- Supporting end users in the most optimal use of LMA’s Electronic Document Management (Windchill) system
- Progress change objects through the review and Configuration Management process
- Assist with establishing, controlling, and maintaining Configuration Item baselines.
- Assist with the coordination of problem identification, registering, disposition and manage to resolution.

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a NV1 government security clearance.
