**Program Manager - Gippsland Health Alliance**
- $120k to $141K
- Full-time, 80 hours a fortnight, five weeks leave, 1xADO per month.

- Based in Gippsland, Gippsland Health Alliance are looking for a Program Manager for a full-time, fixed period (3 years).- Join our team as a Program Manager and make a difference in the Gippsland region- We seek a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work on exciting programs that deliver improved health outcomes to the Gippsland region.- As a Program Manager, you will lead and manage multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring they align with the organisation's strategic objectives. You will be accountable for the program's overall success, including planning, governance, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the program is delivered via the Project Management Framework, ensuring strong governance and the highest quality.- This is a fantastic career opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference. The Program Manager will also ensure effective governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and project benefit realisation.**About you**:

- Proven experience as an IT PMO Manager.
- A strong background in project management, with hands-on experience and willingness to manage enterprise-level IT projects.
- Great attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- A natural ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is strongly desired.
- A preference for industry expertise within Health.
