Are you looking to make a positive difference in family’s lives and lead a dedicated team delivering family inclusion programs, integrated family support, universal and enhanced maternal and child health and immunisation services? We are seeking an experienced leader to coordinate the delivery of family services for the Yarra City Council.
The Coordinator Family Services provides strategic and operational leadership, with a particular focus on service collaboration and integration, and a team culture that promotes excellence and best practice. We are seeking someone who can support a positive work culture, capable of collaborating with others to drive innovation and continuous improvement across services.
This is a leadership role in Yarra’s Family, Youth and Children Services’ Branch and you will contribute to the development and delivery of branch and organisational goals.
Your background includes developing inclusive strategies, policies, and services to enhance outcomes and provide positive access for children and families, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, vulnerable families, and those from culturally diverse backgrounds. You have advanced understanding of the principles of integrated and innovative practice and understanding of the current reform agenda including MARAM and family services reform along with sound budgeting, planning, communication, and operational and leadership skills.
