As a Sales Assistant at Twisted Moto, you will be the face of our brand, assisting customers with their purchases, providing product knowledge, and ensuring they leave satisfied with their shopping experience. This role requires a passion for motorcycles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product recommendations and expert advice to customers based on their needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Uphold our high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive team culture.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for motorcycles and a strong knowledge of motorcycles, gear and accessories.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
