Full/part Time Sales Assistant

My Ride Geelong is seeking an experienced Full/Part Time Sales Assistant to work with a fun, dynamic team, selling great products that endorse a healthy lifestyle and outdoor fun with family and friends. If you have high standards in Customer Service and love the challenge of the sell, then you may be our next team member.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must love interacting with customers, enjoy the thrill of the sale (big or small), understand the importance of a customer centric culture and enjoy the thrill of a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will enjoy working as part of a team, be neatly presented and understand the importance of a good work ethic. Flexible Work hours are available with weekend hours expected.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- A personality that is confident and comfortable around other people.
- A passion for sales and an experience in closing the deal.
- Excellent Inter-personal skills.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Confidence that enables you to quickly approach and engage with customers.
- Exceptional customer service skills ensuring that every customer is greeted in a professional and friendly manner.
- Pride in your presentation combined with a keen eye for detail.
- The drive to exceed sales targets set by Store Management.
- Outstanding planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Possess a high degree of integrity, motivation and someone that your colleagues can rely upon.
