**What you'll be doing**:
Are you a talented, passionate ITSM professional ready to continuously improve and manage core IT best practices and processes such as Change Enablement, Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Level Reporting? Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is looking for an experienced ITSM Coordinator, so if this sounds like you, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

**About the opportunity**
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated person with IT Service Management experience with a strong interest and focus on continuous improvement. You will be responsible for service level reporting and continuous improvement of other core practices such as Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Management. You will be working as part of a supportive environment that respects your experience and opinion and provides a challenge every day.

**About You**
You are a highly experienced professional with drive and passion. You like to work with teams to ensure customer service needs are met with real innovative change that meets or exceeds the organisation's needs. You will have demonstrated experience managing a Change Advisory Board (CAB) and training and supporting teams through the change approval processes. You will be passionate about providing high-quality ITIL best practice advice and managing and coordinating with teams to comply with IT Change Management and other core practices. As a driven, highly experienced professional, you will bring a "customer experience" focus to delivering ICT services.

**All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.**

**Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.**

**Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.**
