ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:

  • Deliver a high-quality value add service through the provision of expert advice to clients and recruitment teams to ensure best practice in assessment strategies including expert advice on the range of tools available for use in different job categories
  • Plan and manage major assessment programs endtoend, to support recruitment campaigns and to identify quality applicants within acceptable time and budgetary limits
  • Collate and interpret assessment results and provide associated reports and recommendations as required
  • Provide leadership to the team and build team skills and capability to deliver high quality, accurate and timely advice and services that support divisional operations and facilitate decision
- making

  • Establish and monitor client relationships through expert consultation, responsive advice and service to provide contemporary business outcomes and ensure relevance of services to client requirements
  • Contribute to a range of recruitment related projects, including implementation of HR strategies, tools, processes and systems to respond to future challenges and ensure legislative and regulatory compliance.
