**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Front Office professional to join our team. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will:

- Lead a shift of Front Office professionals, ensuring our guest's experience is at the forefront at all times
- Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining procedures for the Department and fostering a focus on guest engagement
- Assist with the management of the team including training and development, ensuring the team’s success
- Handle complex guest queries and feedback

- Previous leadership experience in a hotel environment with proven success
- A passion for hospitality and an enthusiasm for working with people from all over the world
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Desire to grow your skills and progress your managerial experience
- Reliability & flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and First Aid certification (_or be willing to obtain_)
- Experience working in night audit is advantageous

**Qualifications**:
A qualification in hotel or hospitality management will be highly regarded.

Software

Previous experience with a PMS is essential (Opera is desirable).
