**Qualifications & experience**
5 Year experience in Supply chain management with South America, with at least 1-year experience working overseas.
Perfect communication skills both in Spanish and English
**Tasks & responsibilities**
This is a full time position paying $74,000 pa.
Establishing, executing, and supervising storage and distribution strategies and policies.
Implementing and controlling cost efficiency plans and policies
Liaising with head office in South America to meet quality requirements, company’s cost and inventory structure and customer’s requirements, as well as to enforce company policy adherence
Liaising with suppliers in South America to meet quality requirements, company’s cost and inventory structure and customer’s requirements, as well as to enforce company policy adherence
Monitoring and supervising inventory systems and goods flow, ensuring efficiency and accurate stock management.
Manage stock control: storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system
Review of invoices and purchase orders to and from suppliers and buyers.
Reporting of inventory in and out and estimation of peak arrival and delivery periods
Schedule and monitoring of goods arrival and delivery periods.
Ensuring the constant and effective communication with operations and procurement departments to maintain outstanding customer relations and the constant achievement of common goals and business growth
**Quality & Food Safety Responsibilities**
- Maintain quality service by enforcing the company standards
- Report any potential food safety and quality incidents.
- Comply to company food safety and quality policy and procedures.
- Complete food safety and quality training.
- Act in a safe manner at all times.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $74,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

- Laverton North, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
