**Main Responsibilities**:

- Creating and executing strategies aimed at maximizing efficiency across the supply chain, encompassing procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Analyzing supplier options, negotiating contracts, and fostering robust vendor relationships to facilitate prompt and cost-efficient procurement of materials and equipment.
- Continuously monitoring inventory levels and tracking usage patterns to mitigate stock shortages and surplus inventory, while also guaranteeing sufficient supply to fulfill operational requirements.
- Collaborating with internal departments such as operations, maintenance, and finance to forecast demand, strategize procurement initiatives, and optimize logistics operations for enhanced efficiency.
- Manage warehouse and distribution teams with professionalism and Integrity
- Supervising the distribution and delivery of materials and equipment to various job sites, guaranteeing punctual delivery and effective utilization of resources.
- Developing and maintaining accurate records and reports related to inventory levels, procurement activities, and distribution operations.
- Review daily report, growth & business movement of operations across multiple warehouse LOBs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role working in fast-paced warehousing operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics operations, and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Physically able to perform warehouse duties.

Note: Analytic ideology for enhancing resource & area utilisation along with understanding of LEAN Management will get preferred.
