**The Role**
- Support Insignia's relationships with Fund Managers, the management, rollout and execution of Insignia Fund Manager Agreements, and related tasks and oversight and adherence to governance requirements.**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Support Insignia's relationships with Fund Managers, including the management, rollout and execution of Insignia Fund Manager Agreements.
- Support delegated tasks and oversight and adherence to governance requirements.
- Manage investment governance initiatives / activities
- Maintain a working knowledge and act as an SME in relation to the regulatory requirements for Investment Governance (e.g., SPS 530, RG274, SRS's), associated Group Investment Governance Frameworks / Policies which serve to ensure compliance with regulations, and technical investment knowledge.
- Manage investment / research related matters and projects within the Group.
- Liaise with the external regulatory bodies and Boards (as required), Research, MO / OST, Legal, Tax, Technical or Compliance to identify any forecast changes which affect the investment menus or fund manager agreements and provide appropriate business responses.
- Provide investment related analysis and insights from industry and competitor reports and surveys.
- Support the identification of new development initiatives and opportunities to reflect members / clients’ best interests, e.g., to uplift quality, relevance and choice of investment menus, reduce complexity and improving frameworks, processes and reporting.
- Manage implementation activities associated with Trustee approved changes and/or regulatory changes, including e.g., those related to the investment menu (e.g., addition / removal of investment options, bulk transition strategies), investment option parameters (e.g., investment objectives, fees and costs etc.), monitoring and reporting (e.g., DDO, APRA SPS / SDT).
- Work with other business areas to manage and uplift investment governance outcomes and contribute to communications, education and training.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess: -**
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in the financial services industry within an investment product management or governance function, managing / developing fund manager relationships, experience with contract negotiations through to execution.
- Tertiary Qualified in a relevant business discipline.
- Sound coaching skills including ability to coach peers to identify and drive change.
- Ability to construct and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships across the business.
- Ability to drive operational excellence in a complex organisation.
- Strong industry knowledge of superannuation and investment products, structures, direct equities/listed securities etc.
- Ability to work with fund managers, internal and other external parties.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, competitors and industry trends.
- A commitment to delivering excellence in client and member outcomes aligned to improving the financial future of Australians.
- Strong understanding of our regulatory environment.
