**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is an outstanding opportunity to work with one of Australia’s First Families of Wine and we would be amazed (if you drink wine) that you wouldn’t have had a tipple of one of their brands.

You will work directly with the Sales & Marketing Director, one of the most knowledgeable and likable people you will ever meet (we are sure you will agree that you don’t always get that combination), along with a small but highly motivated team of Marketing Coordinators who will report directly to you.

You will oversee all marketing campaigns, implementing marketing strategies and ensuring their brand is communicated in the right way. A superior marketing team plays a pivotal role in this business and you will have access to external specialists in SEO, Web Development, PR and Videography. A Marketing Manager’s dream

Now, an understanding of the viticulture or winery sales process will be a fantastic head start but that doesn’t mean that experience in other industries like hospitality and luxury products won’t be considered

On that note, we are looking for someone with experience marketing multiple brands that each appeal to very different market segments (in price, demographic and geography).

**THE MAIN PARTS OF THE GIG**

- Strategic Project Management 30%
- Brand Communication & PR 30%
- Sales & Trade Marketing 10%
- Wine Club & Cellar Door 10%
- Reporting & Administration 10%
- Content Creating Management 10%

**LET’S DIVE INTO THAT A LITTLE MORE**
- Provide leadership in developing the marketing team and contribute to overall strategy.
- Develop, oversee and execute marketing plans for key brands to achieve sales growth and build brand reputation.
- Manage the websites and brand imagery, including POS.
- Liaise with and manage external agencies, including PR and web service providers.
- Liaise with stakeholders including external agencies, distributors, the company board, and the management team to ensure effective communication of brand marketing strategy and brand values.
- Ensure alignment of brand marketing across key channels in key markets, including direct-to-consumer, domestic on, off and chains and key export markets.
- Develop communication strategies across key channels in key markets.
- Plan and manage promotional activity.
- Drive digital innovation in Sales & Marketing
- Contribute and provide assistance to the customer experience strategy for direct consumers online and visitors to the Cellar Door in Margaret River
- Contribute to new product development

**THE LOCATION**

Spread over multiple floors the space located is in the Subiaco and features an open plan layout, along with enclosed offices, state of the art meeting rooms, its own dedicated bar/ entertaining space to host eventsoh we almost forgotalso a rooftop outlook that would rival many of Perth’s premium hospitality venues
