Our client is a leading Strata Management company with over 35yrs + in the market with offices located throughout QLD.

**The role**:
Our client is recruiting for an experienced MYOB professional to join the team within their Compliance department.

The role is to provide high-volume quoting and work orders on remedial works within the strata sector. This role would suit someone who has worked in a small to medium size business, in either the building or the construction sectors.
- Generating quotes on remedial works for strata-related schemes
- Liaising with Strata Managers
- Generating work orders for quoting
- Ad-hoc reporting and processing tasks as required

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience using MYOB
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Positive ‘can do’ approach, friendly, and passionate about helping others
- Attention to detail and accuracy are a must
- An understanding of basic accounting functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
