Accounts Administrator - Immediate Start
- Full time (Office based role)
- Office located in Liverpool
A medium sized residential construction business requires an experienced Accounts Administrator to help with the day to day accounting tasks of the business.
This role is Fulltime and Office based (No WFH). We are open to meeting people that may require flexibility around school drop off's and pickups if required. We are looking for someone who is reliable and a quick learner, keen to get started and become part of a close team of people.
**What’s on Offer**:
- Work with a residential construction business.
- Salary guide **$65,000 - $85,000 + super**:
- Permanent, Full-time position. Immediate Start.
- Office is located in Liverpool.
**Duties include**:
- General Administration duties
- Full-function Accounts and Bookkeeping.
- Billing, receipting and reconciliation of payments
- Responding to creditor and debtor inquiries
- Processing of payroll
- Purchasing, ordering of materials.
- Other Adhoc admin duties as required.
**The successful person will ideally have experience in the following areas**:
- Proven experience in a Bookkeeping position or a similar position
- Prior experience within the construction/ manufacturing industry.
- CRM experience. MYOB
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, Outlook etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
- Australian working rights.
