Based in Liverpool, the company is a well-known and trusted firm of Certified Practising Accountants. Operating for over 30 years, they offer clients complete business, tax, and finance solutions. They offer a highly personalized and professional service, with a particular focus on servicing small to medium businesses. The company is now seeking to employ an additional team member to take on a position as a full-time Receptionist. This role would be ideal for someone who lives in the west or southwest of Sydney.

**The Position**

The position is a Receptionist role that requires the unique skillset of providing exceptional customer service and taking in-bound enquiries. Having an understanding of diversity in culture from a broad membership and customer base will assist in your approach to delivering a day-to-day excellence of service and customer satisfaction.

You will be required to complete the following duties:

- Answering phone-related enquiries and provide exceptional customer support by ensuring information is explained in a relevant and professional manner.
- Preparing standard letters relating to client’s affairs.
- Assisting with general administration and client matters.
- Liaise with Tax Office and using the Tax Portal.
- Profiling of documents.
- General administration and receptionist duties
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a previous Receptionist type role.
- Worked in a professional firm setting i.e. accountants, lawyers etc. (preferred).
- Proficient with Office 365 (Word and Excel).
- Knowledge and use of DocuSign.
- High attention to detail.
- Professional presentation, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Well-spoken and proficient in the English language.
