Permanent full time Payroll Officer at a leading South Australian employment services provider in the CBD

You will be joining one of Australia’s highest performing providers of employment services. Establishing in South Australia in the 1980’s, this organisation now employs over 250 staff, throughout Australia. They are a multi award winning leader in their field, with proven track record in delivering sustainable and positive outcomes to employers, job seekers and the community.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll on a weekly and fortnightly basis for both permanent and temporary employees, over the three business units. You will also:
- Accurately create and maintain employee files in a confidential manner using Fasttrack and MicroPay.
- Produce end of month reports to the GM and CEO regarding production entitlements, annual leave, and sick leave.
- Contribute to the development of current and new processes and procedures.
- Ensure all enquiries regarding to payroll are responded to in a timely manner that is easily understood.
- Assist in the fortnightly processing of accounts payable, matching orders, coding invoices and data entry.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in performing end-to-end Payroll. You will also have:
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. With the ability to work effectively within a team environment, built rapport with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Ability to obtain National Police Clearance, Working with Children’s Clearance, and Current SA driver’s license.
- Computer literacy with experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Fasttrack accounting package.
