**The Role**:

- Joining a luxury Retail business to drive, develop and implement strategies across the full performance marketing mix, working within a stellar digital team. With full budget accountability, you will focus on growing all paid digital channels and achieving optimum online performance.**Responsibilities & Experience**:

- Highly strategic role, managing the full performance marketing strategy and reporting straight to Senior Leadership
- Full end to end budget accountability, focusing on delivering the very best ROI
- Driving brand and digital growth across Australia, the US & UK markets
- Extensive data-driven background, with strong reporting and insight gathering experience
- Previous experience working within the eCommerce space would be highly advantageous
- Strong strategic and executional background, developing and rolling out activity across all channels
- Demonstrated growth mindset, analytical thinking and ability to continuously drive innovation
