**The Role**:
The Brand Manager plays a crucial role in the growth of Anytime Fitness, the largest brand in the Collective Wellness Group (CWG) franchise portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Lead (Anytime Fitness), this role will help develop and execute the strategic marketing direction and execution for Anytime Fitness Australia, which includes developing the national and local brand strategy, being a business partner to the franchisees and key internal stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and delivery against business KPI’s.

This opportunity is a full-time, fixed-term position for approximately 12 months on a parental leave contract.

**Day to day will include**:
Brand Strategy and Execution
- Develop and drive creative delivery of the Anytime Fitness brand strategy
- Oversee implementation of campaigns, events, communications and PR, whilst working seamlessly with the digital marketing team to ensure integration and success across digital platforms
- Strengthen the AF brand and positioning in market, including advancing a clear, consistent brand identity and implementing it across all channels and materials
- Delivery of templates, toolkits and assets to Franchisee network
- Work with agency to deliver annual campaign calendar
- Track, measure and analyse creative & brand metrics, sharing learnings and actionable insights with stakeholders, both within marketing and across the business
- Integrate successful insights into campaigns, BAU and build business cases
- Maintain awareness of the fitness and franchise competitive landscape to identify new industry developments, opportunities and threats to our business, brands and existing and prospective franchisees
- Be the customer champion with a strong understanding of consumer journeys and support brand and customer insights to track performance and identify opportunities
- Be the Brand Guardian, ensuring consistency across all touch points both internal and external
- Develop and own all Internal Communications including Workplace and other channels
- Manage platforms for templates and toolkits for club execution, including roll out and implementation across the network

People and working practices
- Drive franchise engagement of the marketing function and the AF Brand strategy
- Work closely with Brand & Marketing Committee, Operations and Fitness &
- Member Experience teams
- Manage creative processes, as appropriate work with inhouse creative teams
- Report monthly on all marketing and campaign activity to demonstrate ROI through dashboards and franchise reports

Other
- Present at Webinars, Roadshows and Conferences as required
- Participate as an active member and role model in the Collective Wellness Group team
- Demonstrate commitment to living the Collective Wellness Group principles (Own It, See It, Feel It, Do It, Together) and Purpose to Inspire Healthier Lives
- Other projects and responsibilities as assigned

**Experience and about you**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an integrated marketing role using both traditional and new media practices, preferably in retail or franchising
- Bachelor’s degree or higher will be highly regarded
- Significant knowledge of digital media landscape, brand, PR and traditional media essential
- Stellar presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Proactive and creative thinker
- The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholder groups
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a time sensitive environment
- Strong analytical and data visualisation skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to develop relevant insights and influence decision making
- Commercially focused with extensive budget management experience
- Experience in franchising is highly desirable
- Previous experience or a strong passion for the fitness industry is preferable
- Passionate team player
- Intermediate computer skills, i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc
