**The Company**

Our client is a fantastic Mid-Tier Accounting practice, located on St Kilda Road. Due to a long-term employee retiring, an exciting opportunity has become available in the Corporate Affairs team.

**The Opportunity**

You will be joining 3 other full-time Corporate Affairs Administrators as a Corporate Affairs / ASIC Administrator.

The number of companies the role handles is approx. 800-1000.

**Your duties may include**:

- Preparing and lodging ASIC documents
- Keeping up on ASIC and software changes and attending BGL seminars and user groups
- Registration and maintenance of business names
- Setting up discretionary and unit trusts
- Company registrations
- Fee preparation and management
- Assisting with client queries and tasks as required.

**About You**
- Previous experience working within an Accounting firm performing ASIC tasks
- Proficient in BGL CAS 360
- Ability to use APS software would be advantageous
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients
