**YOUR ROLE**

The Inventory Controller will provide operations with a high level of inventory management and control. This includes the coordination of Cycle Counts, Stocktakes, Inventory Strategy and all activities necessary for maintaining inventory control to the agreed service levels.**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
- Co-ordinate inventory processes, systems and reporting associated with the contract
- Liaise with the customer on inventory issues, reporting and adjustments and provide solutions to customer and operations
- Identify inventory discrepancies, conduct investigations and prepare reports. Where applicable, identify root causes of discrepancies and amend procedures, systems and processes where required
- Drive efficiency gains in the business through the identification of inventory issues:

- recommend and implement changes and ensure changes are enduring to the business
- Plan for and implement new inventory into the operation - system and physical slotting
- Review and coordinate annual, cyclical and ad-hoc stock taking processes including the provision of timely reports
- Regularly analyse inventory to identify fast and slow moving stock. Make recommendations for reclassifying inventory and implement if approved
- Ensure warehouse utilisation is maintained to maximise storage location use via inventory management

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**You should also have:
- Tertiary qualification (supply chain discipline) - desired
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent MS Excel and WMS skills
- Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making and organisation skills.
- Excellent customer service and customer relationship management orientation, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
