**The Role**:
As our Data and Analytics Manager you will be responsible for delivering compelling and insightful analysis to the revenue management team to maximise the impact of SRM plans with customers and consumers. You will create a vision for revenue management data and analytics including warehousing, visualisation, maintenance and systems requirements. You will maintain and continually improve processes and routines to deliver the reports and analytical tools needed for core Strategic Revenue Management routines.

You will implement best in class data visualisation and analytical techniques to improve the quality of decision making in Revenue Management decisions whilst also leading a team of 2.

**What will you do**:

- Leverage a combination of business information sources and external market indicators to create a revenue management “toolkit”
- Maintain revenue management reports and dashboards and co-create insights with the Senior Revenue Growth Managers
- Build basic statistical models to create deeper understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour
- Manage a continuous feed of key data sources and communicate insights and actions
- Build basic statistical models to create deeper understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour as it pertains to revenue management
- Bring multiple data sources together to aid decision making
- Automate maintenance of Rev Man Tool kit to save time and increase immediacy of data
- Collaborate well with stakeholders in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Sales and IT
- Work with vendors to ensure full utilisation of vendor capacity
- Build a road map for the evolution of Revenue Management analytics including Machine Learning, AI, Personalised Promotions
- Work with project teams as needed to ensure business systems are well integrated into revenue management and TPM systems
- Capability champion for revenue management tools across the commercial team
- Team leadership and mentoring

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in Data and Analytics management with a relevant associated degree in this field. You will be a self-starter who can identify opportunities, develop strategy and drive change. Your interpersonal skills will be a strength and this allows you to develop strong cross functional relationships and effectively influence stakeholders. High attention to detail is needed in this role, as is a solid analytical background.
