**About this role**:
The Marketing Team plays an integral role in the organisation’s operation and growth, providing valuable recruitment and retention strategies to increase student enrolment.

ZOI Education is currently seeking an innovative and motivated full-time Sales and Marketing officer to join our close-knit team. An extensive experience and ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders will be highly regarded. You will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment of international students in accordance with ZOI’s strategic objectives and should have a passion for representing ZOI Education externally to support our goal of attracting the best students committed to early childhood education. Our commitment to learning excellence is underpinned by our selective entry process. You will be working closely with the ZOI Management and Marketing Team to develop, implement, and evaluate targeted student recruitment and retention strategies to ensure effective course promotion and delivery to our prospective students.

The role will be reporting to the CEO. Training will be provided to support the delivery of key tasks and responsibilities.

**About you**:
Applicants must have the following skills and experience:

- Minimum 1 years in the VET sector and student recruitment
- Demonstrated experience in developing new business opportunities
- Demonstrated experience in utilising data and insights to develop marketing plans and campaigns
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders in the translation of business objectives into marketing and communication activities
- High level planning and organisational skills and ability to think flexibly to tailor programs to meet client needs
- Knowledge of the Australian International Education Sector

Work Remotely
- Temporarily due to COVID-19

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Visa sponsorship

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus
