**About the Team**

Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.

**The Opportunity**

You will work closely with a range of internal partners - including marketers, product managers, product designers, developers and SEO/UX specialists - as part of a team of copywriters, content producers and content designers, taking a customer-first approach to content production.

Playing an important coordination role within the team, your curiosity and proactive approach to problem solving will ensure day-to-day requests are scoped and implemented efficiently - you’re a positive teammate who isn’t afraid to ask questions to deliver the right outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working collaboratively with internal partners to understand briefs and ensure objectives are met
- Producing website content that supports the direction and priorities of the business e.g. self-serve, sales, educational, and product focused content (noting: producing video, blog and social content doesn’t fall into the scope of this role).
- Reviewing copy for accuracy and consistency with an outstanding eye for detail
- Using research and analysis to shape content production
- Working closely with product specialists to ensure website content is reviewed, maintained and updated accordingly

**A Bit About You**:
You love delivering valuable, relevant, consistent content that speaks to clearly-defined audiences - and, ultimately, drives action. You not only understand how effective content design supports commercial outcomes, you also have:

- Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to work flexibly and meet agreed project timelines
- A background writing for the web and/or digital products
- Experience in the use of content management systems to publish digital content (Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful would be a bonus)
- An understanding of SEO and UX design principles
- Experience in using data and research to guide the development of our content
