**The Role**

As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for an experienced person to join the team as **Group Events Manager**, hospitality experience a must. An exciting prospect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, wants to be part of a thriving and diverse team, delivering the best event experiences in the industry.

The Group Events Manager manages an effective sales team responsible for guiding guests through event experiences, providing solutions that meet their goals and objectives to result in a compelling event experience. Creates and implements effective strategies for revenue growth and customer satisfaction, ensuring team achievement of established targets.

**Main accountabilities include**:

- Leadership and supervision of the events team, ensuring the team deliver exceptional experiences at every stage of the guest’s journey
- Passion for product. Support the kitchen and front of house teams to deliver consistency around all aspects of food and beverage
- Promoting a healthy working environment for the team - enjoyable, educational, results focused and respectful
- Strong attention to detail and maintenance of venue presentation - every little detail matters

**You will have**:

- 2 years’ experience in event floor management running medium to large scale events and floor teams.
- A passionate go-getter attitude with a great eye for detail
- Personality - let your personal brand shine as you lead from the front
- To display a hands-on collaborative working style showcasing positivity and leadership
- To be organised, accountable, self-motivated and action orientated
