**The Opportunity**:
Based at our Essendon Fields office and reporting to Manager, Global Sales - an opportunity exists for a vibrant person to join our successful sales team. You will be responsible for managing and growing an existing customer along with ensuring that the relevant product and service portfolio is deployed in full; meets competitiveness requirements; delivers a strong value proposition.

**The Role**

As a hands on, highly self-motivated and proactive Account Manager, you’ll thrive in this highly autonomous and dynamic role. You must be able to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, motivation and reliability as well as have the ability to self-manage. Your strong customer service values are essential and an eye for detail is paramount. You will need to be able to concurrently manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is an exciting and diverse role, focused on relationship management and the development of your client portfolio.

**Further to that your key responsibilities will be but not limited to**:

- Ensure customer needs and expectations are understood and met
- Drive improved understanding of the designated Accounts’ overall business
- Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies by market category and key customer
- Proactively drive resolution of customer issues, including cross functional issues
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify growth and value enhancement opportunities for the designated Accounts
- Assisting with sales and new business related enquires
- Detailed maintenance and reviews of Visy Paper Sales (VPS) customer pricing database

**You will succeed in this role if**:

- Solid prior experience in a similar role with a focus on the Australian and New Zealand market
- You have strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and deliver
- You are able to build rapport with personnel at all levels (Externally & Internally) - building relationships will be key for success in this role
- You are a clear and confident communicator as such you can positively influence outcome to achieve outstanding results for both, your customer and Visy
