Customer and Contract Lead

**_About the role_**
In this newly created role, you will work closely with prospective residents, their families and friends to deliver accurate and resourceful information in relation to accommodation solutions at Calvary Aged Care homes. Using your knowledge in Health Care and strong communication skills, you will build relationships with prospective residents and our community in order to maximise the commercial outcomes for our Aged Care homes.
This is a crucial role in ensuring occupancy levels are maintained and will see you working proactively with customers in consultation with internal stakeholders in order to provide quality care accommodation solutions to meet the needs of our Aged Care customers.

- Specialised competencies in customer service, the co-ordination of a range of complex services and building effective customer relationships
- Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation

- Demonstrated experience in liaising with external services
- Proven skills in collection and analysis of information
- Demonstrated organisational ability
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with MS Office

**_Mandatory_**
- COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless exempt

- Knowledge and previous experience of the health care landscape and overall sector

- Demonstrated knowledge of the health and/or Aged Care Sectors
- Degree qualified
- Previous experience and understanding of placement of aged care consumers including facility, retirement home/independent living settings

**Salary**: $88,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
