Land Information Management Officer

**About the role**:
The Hills Shire Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic Land Information Management Officer to join our dynamic team. This position ensures that land information data for new subdivisions and existing subdivisions is accurately updated and recorded, within agreed processing times and in accordance with agreed service standards, enabling the organisation to rely on data and function more efficiently.

**Duties include**:

- Process customer transactions in relation to addressing and land information matters
- Facilitate updates of land information for new and existing subdivisions
- Identify land information related issues to ensure accuracy of data
- Assist with maintenance of standard operating procedures and processes
- Monitor land and planning information compliance with statutory responsibilities

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Working knowledge of land-based computer systems - ideally with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience with INFOR Pathway Property Systems and ESRI Geographic
- Information Desktop Systems
- Some knowledge of Local Government town planning and property legislation
- Practical knowledge and understanding of Land and Property Information such as Lands
- Titling System, Certificates of Titles, Plan types, Property Addressing and NSW property legislation procedures and practices
- Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
- Certificate III in Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications

**Position details**:
Permanent part-time role (24 hours per week), S0112, Salary: Starting from $38.74 per hour + Superannuation + Performance Bonus (up to 2% annual salary) + organisational bonus (up to $2K) + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts
