**About the role**
The Personal Assistant at SHAPE is responsible for supporting the NSW General Manager to meet key business objectives and administrative requirements. To be successful in this role you will be proactive, highly organised, energetic, creative and able to manage up with limited direction. You can look forward to:

- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations, following up on actions and briefing notes to support business requirements.
- Reporting collation and preparation for monthly management reports.
- Gather, collate, and provide background information for the General Manager to support informed decision-making and planning.
- Design and write internal and external communications and presentations.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the office administration team.
- Event Management for internal and external networking events.
- Provide general admin support and expense management for the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
- Assess and prioritise internal and external phone calls and requests to ensure optimal use of the General Managers time.

Note: This is a 8-month maternity leave cover contract.

**About you**
- More than 4 years’ experience in Personal Assistant role.
- Previous people management experience.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and efficient approach to work and use of initiative.
