They are seeking a **Business Consultant **with eloquent writing skills, professionalism and a collaborative approach to join their dynamic **Perth CBD** team.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Consulting Director, you'll be assigned a variety of projects, progressively assuming more ownership in managing these projects, as you grow within the organisation. Leveraging your analytical prowess, commercial acumen, and creative problem-solving skills, you'll craft comprehensive business cases tailored to the unique needs of each client. This involves not just understanding their requirements but viewing them through a strategic lens, conducting meticulous market research, analysing risks and charting a path to successful transformation.

This dynamic role includes a multitude of responsibilities, including:

- Conducting thorough research to deeply understand the clients' businesses using diverse methods such as shadowing, surveys, interviews and report analysis
- Detecting issues and investigating solutions
- Formulating data-driven recommendations for improvement, rigorously tested through models and presented to the client
- Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies
- Compiling, articulating and presenting information in written and visual formats
- Developing and implementing new procedures or training initiatives
- Skillfully interpreting data to derive meaningful findings and actionable recommendations
- Presenting findings and suggestions to clients with clarity, substantiated justifications and practical advice

**About you**
You will ideally have a tertiary qualification specialising in Business, Project Management, Auditing or a related field.

In this unique role, strong prioritisation skills, a natural willingness to learn and strong self-motivation are essential. Confidentiality and professionalism are also critical due to the classified nature of some government projects. Additionally, a warm, collaborative personality is key as you work closely with clients and the consultancy team.
