**About Our Client**:
A family owned construction company in Canberra.
- Keep stationery and amenities stocked
- Issue access passes, locker keys, and end trip access
- Coordinate mail, couriers and welcome visitors to the office
- Organise team functions and events such as Friday drinks, Christmas parties, morning teas
- Provide support for meetings and training including booking catering
- Liaise with building management to resolve maintenance or other issues
- Book travel for employees across the business
- Print and collate documents, contracts, memos and other briefing material

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience in office management
- A helpful, warm and inclusive person who enjoys helping people
- Very strong administrative and organisational skills, including touch typing
- Confident to work autonomously and manage your own priorities
- The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Exceptional professional communication skills including the ability to produce high quality written work with excellent attention to detail

**What's on Offer**:
A salary of $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 plus super. Free parking, Flexible work arrangement or full time hours.
