We are seeking experienced Project Officers to undertake significant and complex projects in the Superannuation and Employer Obligations (SEO) and Enterprise Solutions and Technology (EST) business areas.

SEO is part the Client Engagement Group and ensures the complex ecosystem of employers, employees, retirees and super funds operate efficiently, supporting willing participation and safeguarding entitlements. The SEO program effectively delivers the best outcomes for the community, Government, and the ATO.

EST delivers reliable, intuitive and contemporary technology solutions that build trust and confidence in the tax and superannuation systems and contribute to the economic and social well-being of Australians.

As a **Project Officer**, you’ll support the project manager in planning, organising and leading work relating to the operation of legislative and business improvement projects. You’ll deliver on work items, monitoring and measuring progress of key project activities which support strategies and work plans.

Under limited direction, using project and program management frameworks, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of project products and services within agreed timeframes and quality requirements.

You will prepare and maintain project artefacts including project plans, status reports and schedules ensuring they are developed in accordance with the ATO project methodology. You’ll escalate any issues or risks for mitigation.

You will engage with a range of stakeholders to progress and achieve project outcomes and build effective relationships..

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Penrith, Sydney CBD, Townsville or Upper Mt Gravatt.
