**Tasks**

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing the following functions:
**Market research**
- Geographic market research to ensure that the company’s brand is presented consistently and at the right time
- Identify the needs, wants and demands of customers in existing and new markets
- Identify competitors, evaluate their strengths and weaknesses in comparison to our own and use this information to strengthen the business or close any gaps.
- Analyse data to identify target market segments, evaluate marketing strategies, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry news, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices relevant to the agricultural sector.

**Marketing Campaign Coordination**:

- Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and prepare reports for management review.

**Coordinating and implementing a range of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to achieve business goals for market share and growth**:
Digital
- Social media profiles
- Website content
- Images and video content
- Reviews, customers testimonials and case studies

- Content marketing to be proactive in answering user’s questions during

the different stages

Traditional
- Print advertising
- Field and demonstration days
- Brochures, flyers and pamphlets
- Radio advertising

**Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation**:

- Research current and future trends for traditional and digital marketing.
- Communicate on areas for improvement or new trends that should be

considered.

**Maintain the company’s CRM database for leads, end users, dealers, representatives, and distributors**:

- Enter and update lead, end user, dealer, representative and distributor information in NetSuite to help the business build a relationship with the customer that, in return, creates loyalty and customer retention.

**Analysing data and collating regular reports**:

- Identify the data to analyse and help strength marketing campaigns.
- Analyse the data, present results and provide recommendations.

**Liaising and strengthening relationships with suppliers and clients**
- Assist with the formulationand creation of market specific documentation and materials as required.
- Liaise with team members from other departments within the organisation to provide market specific information.

**Required Skills and experience**
- Bachelor degree in Marketing filed or relevant file
- Have at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Marketing Coordinator
- The ability to demonstrate a creative flair while understanding the fundamentals of B2B, B2C and high value item marketing.
- Well organised with a customer-oriented approach.
- Experience in the collection, analysis and presentation of accurate and useful statistical data.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
