**About the role**:
We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our growing team at our Wayville head-office The Receptionist will be a key member of our team, supporting day-to-day operations, managing admin systems and will be the first person our valued clients see when they come in the door. The role involves a great deal of collaboration with our various departments as well as providing prospective clients with all of the information they need. Other key duties include:

- Greeting clients upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner and responding to queries online and over the phone.
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all office administration duties including stationery and consumables ordering, monitoring of supplies, organising mail and couriers.
- General administrative duties as directed.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bubbly, charismatic personality that enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively and independently.
- Strong skills in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Outlook & Teams
- Keen eye for detail and methodical approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all levels.
- Proactively supporting a team providing secretarial and administrative support.
- NDIS, Working with Children Check, and National Police clearance or willing to obtain
