**About You and the Role**

We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Finance Officer to join our growing team. The Finance Officer is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to other members of the Finance team as required, including to:

- Timely bill and reconcile debtor accounts, accounts receivable and debt collection functions, and bank reconciliation to ensure income is received on time.
- Prepare NDIS and aged care funding claims within required timelines and resolve rejected claims and errors.
- Follow up with relevant Funders in an appropriate manner ensuring payment of invoices are made within established time limits.
- Prepare monthly aged care statement and fortnightly NDIS invoices.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing NDIS plan managers and clients.
- Process Accounts Payable invoices received for payment and for undertaking payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

**Key Experience Required for the Role**
- Certificate III or IV in Business / Finance related discipline
- Relevant working experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance Administration, and generating service delivery invoices to Funding Providers. NDIS or aged care billing experience preferred.
- NDIS, Working with Children Check, and National Police clearance or willing to obtain
- Strong Customer Service focus with excellent interpersonal skills
- Access to PRODA account desirable
- Strong honest work ethic
