We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to form part of our well-established Contact Centre Team and be at the forefront of one of Australia’s leading customer owned banks. These full time opportunities will enable you to learn and develop while gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the banking and finance industry.

**What you will be doing**
- Identifying opportunities including referrals to internal departments
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of our customers’ experience
- Conducting outbound calls to customers to follow up enquiries and welcome new customers to our bank.

- A solid track record of exceptional customer service
- Confidence in building strong relationships with customers
- Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- The ability to determine priorities and follow processes
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and problem solve
- Commitment to Bank Australia’s purpose, aspiration, values and brand as well as the B Corp ethos.
- Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays from 9am - 2pm. Availability during these hours is required.
