**The Role**:
As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will provide a high level of customer service to our current and potential BankVic members. You will respond to and manage general member enquiries and identify referral opportunities that meet our members’ needs.

Our Contact Centre is open from 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to work on a rotating roster during these hours on a roster basis. Full training is also provided.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage general member enquiries for both banking and insurance products through inbound and outbound calls.
- Process new memberships, term deposits, new accounts, changes to member records.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent and exceptional member experiences.
- Conduct all business in compliance with all codes, standards, and legislative requirements and BankVic policies and procedures.

**Hours, Training and Location**:

- Office location: Melbourne CBD.
- Permanent full-time.
- Our Contact Centre is open from 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
- Full-time paid onsite training (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) before moving to the rotating roster.
