**About the Opportunity
As a Communications Specialist, your main responsibilities includes, but may not be limited to:

- Executing our Internal Communications strategy, team experience events and acting as a point of contact for our leaders and Group partners
- Supporting our teams by ensuring all communications received from the business are brand aligned, clear, concise and purposeful
- Keeping our teams informed through various mediums including online, print, video, internal social media and owned external channels
- Developing cohesive communications plans and working with the business teams for key events, change initiatives, brand launches and other projects
- Supporting our talent acquisition strategy through external thought leadership and Website to support our communications strategy and drive brand awareness
- Supporting our Transformation by providing communications expertise to drive engagement around the key forums (incl. BRP) and change management

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience working in a similar role, ideally in-house communications role
- Experience working in strategic communication and in change management
- Experience in creating creative contents using different tools
- Thrive on tight deadlines and getting things done, especially around delivering our key communications
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment where change and transformation happen for the good
- Customer-centric mindset and the reputation of having a positive personal brand
- The ability to articulate solutions and influence key stakeholders
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Strong understanding of social engagement platforms
- Previous experience working for large and complex organisations (ideally)
