**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Be the first point of contact for customers in this face-to-face role; assist with insurance needs by advising on insurance products
- Provide a personal and ongoing level of customer service
- Update customer records on the database
- Upsell and cross sell to customers - work towards team targets
- Process claims, ensuring company guidelines are adhered in a timely manner
- Learn and understand multiple areas of the business to best provide advice and assistance to customers

**What experience will you need?**
- Previous customer service experience either in a face-to-face or call centre setting
- Experience in General or Health Insurance is desirable but not essential
- Have experience working towards KPIs
