**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Fielders business as a **Customer Service Representative **at our **Marion** site. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.

**The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm.**

**What Will You Do?**

This role will offer variety and scope for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. In addition to general sales and customer service duties, you will**:

- collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
- prepare and follow up on customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams
- providing internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams with customer and competitor information
- resolve issues and seek ways to improve the customer’s experience
- ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems updated accordingly
- travel to different branches to support customer service needs when required.
