**About us**

Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas of criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 27 offices.

**About The Role**

Lead and manage the clerical staff in the legal practices to ensure that an appropriate level of clerical support for legal officers is provided to enable the effective and efficient management of their caseload. Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative services to the Senior Solicitors. Deal with all escalated issues from solicitors and clients.

**About you**

A reliable team leader who works with integrity and is willing to lead and guide a team. A person who can assertively address issues with the team whilst still maintaining good team morale. Someone who is flexible and can adapt to different situations. Overall, someone who approaches the role with calm professionalism.

You must:
