**Role Details**

The Department for Child Protection is seeking an **Implementation Lead** on a full-time term basis to drive and coordinate licensing reform.

The role is responsible for:

- Developing and implementing quality assurance and knowledge management systems to measure the effectiveness of operational services and use data collected to inform potential risk and opportunities under the Licensing Framework.
- Monitoring and evaluating relevant agency licenses to ensure compliance with appropriate out-of-home care standards and legislation.
- Making sound decisions within area of responsibility, evaluating all available information and acting in line with organisation policy and values.
- Providing specialised, expert quality assurance advice, influence and coaching to junior Licensing and Compliance Officers and encourage the correct and widespread usage of the department’s knowledge base.
- Conducting comprehensive audit activities within the licensing function to ensure consistency in delivery of service and outcomes.

**About You**

We are looking for a confident individual who has proven experience in developing, leading and implementing successful programs of work and/or projects. You will have a proven ability to identify and deliver strategic and operational outcomes in a sensitive and complex environment.

To be successful you will have a demonstrated ability to work under broad direction and deal with conflicting priorities to achieve objectives and meet deadlines, as well as experience in providing concise and comprehensive written and verbal briefings.
