About the role:

- Successfully lead the Roads and Parks maintenance teams
- Conduct procurement for the Roads and Parks maintenance teams
- Review and report monthly on key performance indicators
- Conduct review of services and improve processes in line with Council objectives
- Advance and support collaborative teamwork driving outcomes and promoting the teams within the organisation

About you:

- Be a key leader within the organisation in particular the Operations and Maintenance team
- Have the drive to promote programmed works
- Support leaders within the organisation to foster relationships
- Promote the Roads and Parks teams within the organisation
- Ability to work independently
