- 12 Month rolling contract

- Baseline OR NV1 Clearance Required

TEKsystems has been engaged exclusively by an infrastructure solutions company to recruit a data centre technician for a 12-month rolling contract. This company provides Data Center services to clients around the globe and is responsible for all hardware support (rack, stack connect and troubleshooting the server hardware). The role will be based out of offices in Alexandria, Eastern Creek and Macquarie Park dependent on need.

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience working in a Data Centre supporting Server Hardware (working inside the servers) - rack/stack of servers, hardware replacements, cabling, stress tests of server hardware
- Proven ability to troubleshoot broad infrastructure issues in a complex environment
- Strong English and Customer Service skills
- NV1 OR Baseline security clearance

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work autonomously in a data centre environment and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
