As we emerge from the pandemic, the outlook for our domestic and international flying is very strong and our teams are excited to welcome our new A321LR Neo’s as we continue on our mission to offer all day, every day low fares so more people can fly to more places, more often.
Reporting to the Manager, Cabin Operations, the position of **Inflight Services Advisor** is critical in contributing to the development of the Inflight Strategy, as well as undertaking activities to deliver the Inflight Strategy across the Jetstar Airways Cabin Operational areas.
**Other responsibilities include**:
- Monitoring operational performance, feedback, resolving issues and developing continuous improvement processes.
- Complying with safety in the workplace.
- Reviewing and implementing changes to inflight operational policy and processes to maximise efficiency and maintain a safe work environment.
- Pro-actively identifying safety hazards and following correct reporting procedures.
- Identifying and implementing cost effective processes.
- Supporting the increase of on-board revenue potential for the JANZ network.
- Ensuring you maintain a regular presence on-board the aircraft liaising with crew and complete company audits when on duty travel.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with Jetstar Group Ancillary Revenue team, Service Training Manager, frontline management team to ensure they have a clear understanding on any changes that will affect the frontline team as well as a strong customer/supplier relationship with suppliers
- Responding to monitor the standard of product and service provided by contract partners as reflected in agreed contractual SLAs with each provider.
- Monitoring of In-flight reports.
**To be successful for this role, you will demonstrate the following attributes**:
- Thorough understanding of cabin operational safety and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to plan and manage data from various sources.
- Proven ability to deliver on improving performance in operational and safety targets.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Computer Literacy. Intermediate understanding of Microsoft office
- Initiative and personal drive to achieve individual, team and business goals.
