**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll & HR**:
- Oversee payroll processes, including superannuation, and payroll payments.
- Handle staff contracts, terminations, and onboarding of new employees.
**Accounts & Finance**:
- Process monthly supplier payments and send remittances.
- Manage accounts payable,
- Manage accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software
**Stock & Production**:
- Process supplier orders
- Collaborate with supply base, planning, logistics and demands to achieve DIFOT targets
- Manage and oversee all office operations, including procurement, inventory, and facilities management
- Serve as the point of contact for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
**About You**:
- Experience with large volume preferred and past working with supermarkets and food service companies a plus. Must understand (or be willing to), comply and enforce hi care clean environment practices
- Proven experience as an Operations/office Manager or Administrator
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
- A calm and composed temperament with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of financial processes.
- A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Plan, develop and implement strategies to achieve budgets, targets and objectives
- Focusing on efficiency and ensuring you meet customer expectations
- Oversee stock inventory management, monthly reporting and annual regular forecasting
- Plan and prepare rosters to ensure adequate coverage and service levels during manufacturing times
- Create and implement processes and strategies for improving the overall performance of the plant
- Managing branch operations, administration and reporting requirements
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
