Osborne Park, WA, Australia, 6017- Fixed Term**Mineral Resources (MinRes) is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our 2024 Graduate Program in the role of Graduate Process Engineer.**

**Our two-year structured boutique program will provide you with opportunities that will challenge your thinking and you will learn from some of the brightest minds in the WA mining industry.**

**More about the role**

In this exciting role you will gain exposure to both Iron Ore and Lithium commodities.

You will get hands on exposure to the following processing fundamentals:

- Processing Basics
- Processing Operations
- ROM and Crushing Management
- Reporting - MET Accounting
- Relevant job specific Software

In addition to this you will gain valuable technical development in the following areas:

- Health and Safety/Risk Assessment
- Practical Lab experience
- Ship Builds and Forecasting
- Geo Metallurgy
- Plant control Systems
- EOM Reconciliation and Reporting
- Plant Troubleshooting
- Process and theory Calculations
- Commissioning
- Fixed Plant Maintenance and Tracking
- Technical Project

**To be eligible for the 2024 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to**:

- Hold a recognised tertiary Degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy degree
- Be in your final year of study graduating in 2023 or have graduated from a recognised university within the past two years
- Be available to start with MinRes full time at the end of February 2024
- Ideally you would have completed a vacation program in the mining and resources sector, this is preferred but not essential.
