**We are looking for motivated and driven graduates to join MinRes on the 2025 Graduate Program**

**The Opportunity**

As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick
- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.

With continuous guidance from committed leaders, you will find yourself in an optimal position to develop a thriving career in the mining industry.

Working with the Native Title team within MinRes you will develop your written and verbal engagement skills and obtain expertise in:

- Drafting, negotiating and complying with native title and Aboriginal heritage agreements
- Build relationships with the numerous native title groups where we operate our projects and work across practice areas such as legal policy
- Statutory interpretation and dispute resolution.

This is a 12 month graduate opportunity with the Native Title team, allowing you time to focus on this specialised and exciting area.

**Requirements for the role**

To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:

- Graduated by the end of 2024 in Law, Indigenous Studies or similar, or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months;
- have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
- Must be based in WA or willing to relocate

**The Process**
